Some candidates have knocked on the High Court for the controversy over the Lok Sabha poll. Two separate petitions have been filed by five candidates to cancel the examination in the High Court.

On this matter, Kirti Patel, a member of District Panchayat of Aravalli district, has written a written submission to the CMO and PM to cancel the examination. There was a big mistake in not using barcode sticker in the examination. Due to this error of the examination department 9 lakh candidates have been junked.
