Some candidates have knocked on the High Court for the controversy over the Lok Sabha poll. Two separate petitions have been filed by five candidates to cancel the examination in the High Court.

He believes that barcodes were not installed in the examination conducted on December 6. So that the confidentiality of the examination had not been maintained. On this matter, Kirti Patel, a member of District Panchayat of Aravalli district, has written a written submission to the CMO and PM to cancel the examination. Now, the appeal has been filed by the appeals filed in the High Court and the cancellation of the examination. In the letter, Kirti Patel wrote that secrecy does not prevail in the re-examination. There was a big mistake in not using barcode sticker in the examination. Due to this error of the examination department 9 lakh candidates have been junked.
