According to the available information, deputy chief minister Nitinbhai Patel, today announced a big announcement from traders' government that retail market in the state can be open 24 hours from now. He further said that the Labor Employment Department has also revised the law for that.
Under this, the Labor Department of Labor has been revised. Shop and Establishment Act has been approved in the Cabinet. For this, the provision of the non-required 1948 law has been removed. It has been said by Nitin Patel that 'IS OF DOING' has been emphasized. Women workers can be hired from 6am to 9pm in the morning. The store that has more than 30 female employees in the company or shop has to arrange the house. Even if there is more than 100 employees, the provision of canteen is also enforced in this law. In addition to this, the provision of double pay has also been made to the overtime worker.
Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said, "Center has helped the state for the farmers. 1176 crore has been provided to 51 taluka farmers. There is a grant of Rs 862 crore for 45 taluka farmers. Under this, 22 lakh farmers are beneficiaries. For this, 10.37 lakh farmers have been paid 1.10 lakh crore.
